Looking
for an interesting kit and an affordable price, that you could build in
your garage with minimal effort? that this is it!! The 1966 Gotham Cycle
kit, 2 years ago were lucky enough to find an original set of Bob Butts
molds for this Gotham cycle. (Bob Butts was the person who lifted the
molds off the original ’66 cycle) However the molds were very old and
needed repair, we repaired and refinished them and pulled our first
cycle kit, after pulling the parts from the molds, we just couldn’t
believe how original looking it actually was, it still had the rivet
imprints in the front fender!! So we cleaned the parts up and pulled a
fresh set of molds from those original parts. This cycle kit is the most
accurate kit you will ever find anywhere. We even had the Creator of the
original ’66 cycle call us from Florida about our kit and he loves it!!
The correct donor cycle is a 1966 Yamaha 250 Catalina, however we have
had customers use other cycles that are easier to find, One of the same
style replica cycles recently sold at auction of over $25,000.00
